For all new and replacement works we offer a 10 years guarantee against faulty workmanship FREE of charge.

We also offer domestic clients a FREE 10 years Insurance Backed Insolvency Guarantee which is transferable if you sell your property.

For commercial premises a Co Partnership Insurance Backed Guarantee is offered.  This guarantee is offered at a cost of 1.5% of the Contract Sum, exclusive of V.A.T. plus Insurance Premium Tax.

Both of these guarantees are only available through contractors who are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.

If we replace your flat roof as we are an approved Europolymer Contractor we offer a Europolymer Guarantee which means that the manufacturer will, if the product fails, replace the materials and meet any other roofing costs such as labour free of charge to the customer.
